Accidents
We tow vehicles from all kinds of accidents including deer, two vehicle collisions, and more. We understand how scary these events can be and we are here to help! First step in any accident is to contact for the help you need. If you or another person are injured please call 911 and they will dispatch us accordingly. For minor accidents you can call us directly. Decide on where the vehicle needs to go. There are several options,
- A totaled vehicle or one awaiting appraisal can be taken to our tow yard.
- A vehicle that will need body repair can go to a shop of the owner's choice. (We recommend Wink's Body Shop or Maguire)
- Vehicles can also be towed to your home, if needed.
For vehicles towed to our tow yard:
You can call our towing line - (607) 227-7092 - at anytime to come gather your belongings from the vehicle. Simply let us know which vehicle, a good time for you, and we will have a driver meet you at the yard to help. Once belongings are gathered you can choose to have a secondary tow through us to a repair facility or give verbal consent for insurance to pick up your vehicle.
If your vehicle is totaled and you cannot repair it, there are different options:
- You may choose to scrap the vehicle
- You can sign the title over to us and we can dispose of the vehicle
- You could sell it as a parts vehicle or to a local pick & pull
And just like that you're done! You can contact us anytime with questions or concerns.
Vehicles towed to our yard will have a storage fee of $75 / day beginning 24 hours after the original time of arrival. Our company does not assume any responsibility for damage, theft, or fire whilst vehicles are in our yard.
Tow Aways
Tow Aways are vehicles towed by request of police, property owner, or designated company officials. These can occur when parking in illegal spaces, in front of fire hydrants, or in pre designated spots. Tompkins County sets the rate of all Tow Away accidents and they must be paid in cash to retrieve the vehicle.
To retrieve your car from a Tow Away:
Contact our towing line - (607) 227-7092 - to schedule a time for pick up. Our impound lot does not have a regular attendant so someone will have to meet you there. Vehicles not retrieved in the first 24 hours will receive a $75 / day storage fee. To dispute Tow Away fees you will need to contact Ithaca Police Department. SHORT DISTANCE TOWING
Our most popular service! We tow vehicles from accidents, break downs, and more. Short distance towing is classified as any tow under 1 hour of drive time. We cover from Syracuse to Corning! Call us today for a quote!
LONG DISTANCE TOWING
Long distance towing is anything over 1 hour of drive time. We frequently tow vehicles to Buffalo, Pennsylvania, and have even been as far as Indiana! Please allow extra time when you call to schedule long distance tows with us as it requires more scheduling for staff and truck availability.

Our service truck is one of our most exciting expansions. We purchased the original truck for use when cleaning up accidents or transporting customers before the days of the pandemic. When 2020 hit there was an immediate need for us to part with the truck or adapt it.
